• All laptops are imported directly from the USA.

• Guaranteed never repaired and never refurbished – only genuine used laptops.

• Machines are not locally used in Pakistan, only lightly used in the USA.

• Condition is 9/10 or better, with most units in like-new (10/10) condition.

• 100% original hardware and specifications, exactly as described.

• 100% original charger supported with machines.

Warranty & Replacement Policy

• 15-Day Replacement Warranty on all laptops.

• Covers hardware faults and functional issues (not caused by user damage).

• Does not cover accidental/physical damage, liquid spills, or software corruption.

• If a problem occurs, we’ll replace with the same model or equivalent.
  

• Chargers and Laptop screen panel are not covered in Warrant.
